Sounds interesting. Personally, I’m really not interested in one by one reatil “by owner deals”. Interested in REO’s and then wholesaling. I would like a software that 1) gives all the REO resources ( which you already give us) then need the wholesale buyers to sell the deals to.

Push a button: get REO deals. Push a button: get wholesale buyers…push a button send an offer to the banks, push a button send the deals to the list of wholesale buyers!
WOW! now that would be great!
Price: Belive me I am Not in any position to pay the price this would be worth. I am also tired of seeing my debt mount trying to buy thes thisngs I “must” have. Tired of big prices on things that might ( or might not) work.
I would like to see a price that really anyone can afford….hey…$97!
Evveryone will buy it at that price.
Do us samll people who are not making big bucks yet! Price this low!

Hi I thought you had a great idea yes I would most likly buy the system. I am not sure how much you should sell it for. Some people can’t aford alot like my self. I have a family of seven and every month I go more and more in debt. I dont have money to start a biz at home or even enought to get new clothes for my kids. I in this case can’t give you much to go on. How ever if there was a system out there to were you can get in for free then pay when you start making money I would be the first to take on it. I can’t work cause I am disable and so is my husband. We live just for are kids. We give to all and get nothing in return. We make sure everyone is happy and go bed ever night woundering if we will be kicked out of are place or can we aford dinner tonight. Well one day I hope not to worry ant more and hope that something will come along. How ever that is what I think you should go a head with this and charge what you wont. Not to much cause many people just might look over it and say that is to much. Thankyou for taking comments and taking time to read them. Hope they are helpfull.

I think that this program is a great idea!! I can not wait for this to come out, I don’t know if you had incorporated any advertising into the program…But it would be nice to have it set up for one click advertising as well since advertising is a pain but im sure once i get my feet on the ground ill have people doing it for me anyway but that would still cut costs, but overall i think its a great idea! I mean i think a fair price would be anywhere from 100-300 dollars, I am a computer programming student and I have an idea of whats being put into this it’s quite a bit but it should still be affordable. I think in that price range it would be a great seller, making your money back many times over. Not even accounting for how much it will help your own business.

What’s up Preston , not sure what to say first (I have a lot to say LOL)I would love to have a software that takes care of all leads calls that come in (buyer & sellers)
it’ll route it to it (it will need to be phone connected or so)
for the calls ,take all info
&(all by a click on PC)populate in the software ,click to get FMV etc. what to offer if you have a deal .
All that + more in addition to your software ideas. (than you can charge a bit more)
Not that I have cash coming out my ears
though Preston was’t asking for our financial situation No offence to anyone.
I am still waiting on my first deal to
close myself it is a short go figure.

This does sound great and will help people that dont know what to do, and like me,procrastinates.The cost, I feel should be affordable,maybe in the 400 to 1000 range with a certain percentage of each sale that they do. If people some people dont have the initial cost, have a payment plan with intrest.This will generate more sales and hit the markets for people who are going thru hard times.

Hey Preston,
So many guru’s from Carlton Sheets to Ron LeGrand and no guidelines set to operating a legitimate wholesaling business. It looks like your software will be able to set its users up in a working system based on your success and not theory from 1996. From experience in using a web based debt management software that launched in 2006… I found their biggest mistake was to sell at a high one time premium initially versus selling at an “affordable monthly access fee”. That pricing strategy about killed the company especially when the recession hit hard in 2008.
Looking forward to the FreedomSoft launch and your new courses to come.

Great idea! Contracts and especially escape clauses are one of my biggest bottlenecks, so this could be quite valuable. Would appreciate being able to purchase and maybe make payments, since would be starting on shoestring budget, with expectations of making enough money to pay you more as successful. Thanks.

The program sounds pretty awesome to me! I would like to see an affordable up front fee and a reasonable monthly fee. Some type of membership site along with the program that contains a training component. Keep up the good work and looking forward to the launch.

I would agree with Linn’s comments that were posted in January. To answer your questions: 1.) Yes I would buy, 2.) While I am not sure what the price should be, I would hope you would be creative with pricing, like pay upfront, pay off oer 12 months, or take a percentage of the first “x” number of sales within 24 months – no sales equals a lump sum payment at month 24. -
